I was extremely impressed with the overall efficiency of Mr Plumber. The professional first point of contact with the office put me at ease as they made the whole process simple in a chaotic situation. I was kept informed and had a courtesy call that the plumber would be arriving as scheduled. When the plumber arrived he was polite, explained what needed to be done, then promptly got stuck into the job. He cleaned up after himself and took pride in his work.... and also his van... which I noticed was clean and organised also.

We didn't receive a business card from the gentleman who was here - but he has helped us before. We hoped we would be able to have his services again, as he knew more about the house plumbing structure and would not need as much time to find things. The first visit to our house was timely, as pipes had nearly rusted through. He fixed everything on the spot and didn't leave us "high and dry" so to speak. The second time he came he sorted out a leaky tap, quickly and without too much cost involved. He signed the invoice - but we can not make out his signature - we simply call him Mr Plumber
